Stonehill Taylor's striking design of the new Ned's Club Washington, D.C. is inspired by the glamour of the Roaring Twenties era and pays tribute to its location in the heart of Washington, D.C. Stonehill Taylor completed both the architecture and interior design for this exclusive members club located near the the White House and the US Treasury Building and spanning two historic buildings. The Stonehill Taylor team internally joined two historically significant 1930s buildings to create a unified, seamless space for the club. The architecture team preserved the distinct façades of both buildings—one showcasing Art Deco elements and the other embodying Neo-classical style. Inside, an elevated, stately design complements the unique architecture of the two buildings. Art Deco elements, De Stijl inspired patterns, mixed metal accents, and custom mosaic floors can be found throughout the interiors.

Ned's Club features several food and beverage spaces throughout the 10th and 12th floors in addition to numerous luxury amenities including a full floor of meeting and prefunction spaces on the 9th floor and an expansive rooftop with views of the Washington Monument and Capitol Building. The spaces are filled with rich details and luxurious furnishings and finishes, resulting in rooms full of timeless character and historically-inspired elegance.
